Sync your sales, refunds and transactions fees
Each payment received on Etsy creates a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks. Each refund generates a Refund Receipt, and Etsy fees for each sale are recorded as a Purchase. We sync the customer, payment date, total amount paid by the customer (including shipping and taxes), as well as product details with quantities and prices.
Daily Fees (JournalEntries)
Daily Etsy fees (listing fees, ads, etc.) are recorded as Journal Entries. We sync both the charges and any refunds from Etsy, so nothing is missed.
Initial Etsy Balance
If you activate synchronization on an existing shop, you can configure an initial balance so the clearing account reflects your actual Etsy balance at startup.

Fees, Refunds and Payout sync
We synchronize the refuns as Refund Receipts, linked to the correct Customer, the original revenue account and we add the Sales Tax & Class (if applicable).
Each Braintree payout is created as a Bank Deposit in QuickBooks. We link theSales Receipts, the Braintree fees as negative lines (Expense Account selectable). This enables automatic matching with your bank feed.

What can I configure in my synchronization?
You can specify from which date we should start synchronizing your data, how we should sync your customers in QuickBooks Online, the bank account where you receive Stripe payouts, the sales account where your payments will be created, and the expense account to use for Stripe fees.
Can I sync my data from several months ago?
Of course! It is crucial that you can sync your past transactions. That’s why all our plans include this feature with unlimited history.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
